A public auction will be held on Saturday April 5th, 2025, beginning at 2PM at 2019 East Lincoln Way, Ames, Iowa 50010, Iowa for disposal of approximately 50 abandoned vehicles.. All items will be sold to the highest bidder. All items are sold as-is with no warranty or guarantee. These vehicles have been impounded by the following companies: Central Iowa Towing and Recovery, Inc-Ames, Central Iowa Towing and Recovery-Marshalltown, and Central Iowa Towing and Recovery, Inc-Des Moines.Auction list and vehicle pictures can be found by liking Central Iowa Towing and Recovery Towing and Recovery on Facebook and going into the event details.
Vehicle inspections will begin 04/05/2025 from 11a-sale time.
Auction registration begins at 1:00PM, with the sale beginning right at 2:00PM.
Bidders must have a valid drivers license
Sale is outdoors, dress appropriately
All sales are cash or credit card (4% credit card fee applies)
All vehicles must be removed by 8 am on 04/07/2025
