About this Event
Code Savvy's Code Explorers is a free, friendly program where kids ages 8+ learn to code.
We are now in Minneapolis College, Technical ("T") building, level 3, room T3000.
Hour of Code session on AI: Coding a Dance Party!
Students under 13
Parents—if one or more of your children are under 13, you must remain onsite at CoderDojoTC for the duration of the event. We appreciate your cooperation!
Age requirements
Code Savvy Code Explorers welcomes kids and teens ages 8 to 17.
What to bring:
- A laptop (optional)
- A snack (optional, please do not bring peanuts or other allergens)
- Your ideas and enthusiasm!
Registering online
If you’re under 13, a parent or guardian must register for you.
Parking: There is metered street parking (although not always free on weekends) or you can park in the ramp operated by Minneapolis College(parking ramp). The fee for parking is typically $5, but on Saturdays it is sometimes free - try there first. The ramp is across the street from the T Building and connected by skyway.
Public Transportation: Please check MetroTransit for the latest schedules. There are several options available.
