Be prepared to reach new heights! This exclusive study club group gives incredible dentists and leaders the opportunity, once per quarter, to get OUT of their practice to work ON their practice. Spend the day surrounded by like minded dentists, and inspired thinkers, striving to be their best. To The Top Group Coaching brings the dentists in the ACT Coaching community together, in the same room, fostering friendships, mentorships, and the amazing ability to and help one another learn and grow.

Quarter 2: Smart - Know Your Business. Lead It Better.

Every stage of practice ownership brings different business decisions, and making the right ones requires understanding what's happening beneath the surface. This quarter focuses on becoming a smarter operator of the business, using data and financial insight to make intentional decisions that drive systems forward toward your desired outcomes. Whether you're establishing your business fundamentals, improving an established practice, or managing greater complexity as you grow, we'll explore how to better understand performance and turn insight into action.

Objectives:

Participants will be able to:

1. Identify the information that matters most for making sound business decisions.
2. Evaluate financial and operational performance through the lens of their current practice stage.
3. Recognize processes that may need to be built, refined, or scaled.
4. Use data and business insight to identify opportunities and potential risks.
5. Make more intentional decisions that support performance, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Preferred Partners agree not to direct the content of the program. Preferred Partners will respond only to ACT Coaching initiated requests for suggestions of presenters or sources of possible presenters. Preferred Partners will suggest more than one name (if possible); will provide speaker qualifications; will disclose financial or other relationships between Preferred Partners and speaker; and will provide this information in writing. ACT Coaching will record the role of the Preferred Partners.
