April 21st will be our last Swing Dance on the Stour so please come down and join us for a fun farewell party.The atmospheric riverside Mooring Cafe & Bar, home to the Canterbury Punting Company is one of the loveliest venues in Canterbury with friendly welcoming staff, a beautiful riverside position and a cozy vintage vibe which we’ve had the joy of hosting some really fantastic swing dance nights at.
No early evening swing dance this time so we will start at 7.30pm with a great mix of our regular Big Band Swing, Jump Jive, Boogie Woogie, Gypsy Jazz, Early Rhythm’N’Blues, Western Swing, Vintage Latin and Calypso with an addition of 1950’s Rock’n’Roll, Rockabilly and Doowop for the evening.
No strict dress code but vintage style is welcome.
This event is free but donations for the evening will be appreciated.
