Quilting since 1976, Judy Baumann has made hundreds of quilted pieces. Many were donated to the Linus Connection, the Quilt of Valor project, and the Baby Bundles project (AAQG).
Two of her large quilts (The Vanilla Quilt and Windows 17) were exhibited at the Texas Quilt Museum in LaGrange, Texas, in 2021.
She won awards in several central Texas Quilt shows, including a Judges Choice at the 2018 Chisholm Trail Quilt Guild Show and a Viewers Choice in the 2022 Pflugerville Quilt Guild display.
She has taken classes with a number of national teachers and was most highly influenced by Gwen Marston, Jean Impey, and Mary Lou Donahue.
Her Pfaces series was started in 2022, and brings her joy to continue.
Judy also dabbles in crochet and knitting as well as paintings in oil, watercolor, and acrylics.
