Bill Starcher -- Bringing Art and Inspiration without the Need for Greed” Bill is a great local artist and metal fabricator who is passionate about using recycled materials to make his artwork. He will tell our group all about this passion, where he gets his materials like scrap stainless steel, used tires and the like and why he loves this hobby of his so much! Bill has been at our events showing his artwork too, which is the picture shown here! Please join us to hear more about this great man and his passion!
