Join us at the infamous Black Penny from 5:00 pm- 7:00 pm for our Happy Hour event Après Cinq! (After Five!) Come with your questions and concerns and mingle with VCPORA Staff and Board. We would love to hear from you!A little about Après Cinq! Summer is a slow time for restaurants and bars in the city, and we want to show our love by getting more people through their doors! Also, it’s nice to be reminded of all our local haunts! Our first stop this summer is Black Penny which opened around 2015 and is a collaboration between Bert West and Ed Diaz of Tonique and Erin Rose fame! It’s a lovely local haunt with a good atmosphere and incredible bartenders. It serves around 90 different craft beers along with its amazing cocktails. Come in for a spell and take in the ambiance of this amazing Rampart Street bar.
And, its dog friendly! So bring your pup and hang out with us to catch up on what VCPORA has been up to lately.
