A two-hour interactive workshop designed to encourage and equip mental health professionals in their work with depressed clients.
About this Event

Depression is a serious condition that comes with a significant mortality risk and has been a leading cause of disability for decades. Every therapist will encounter it and, at some point, be challenged and discouraged by it.

When the standard of care inevitably fails, it is easy for a practitioner to feel lost, ineffective, or even insecure in their approach. This two-hour interactive workshop is designed to lift the clinician’s spirit and reconnect them to their inexhaustible internal resources, as well as provide them with tangible tools to offer their wounded clients.

Depression is characterized by darkness and emptiness. This learning opportunity brings therapists together to rekindle the light of compassion and unconditional positive regard.
