The start of the session will begin with the Director of MetaGedu holding a speech on apprenticeships, their benefits, the support provided if organisations have apprentices and devising tailored apprenticeship strategies for specific organisations.
We will then break out into two rooms; organisations that have apprentices and organisations that don’t. This will allow organisations to discuss strengths and weaknesses they have come across and allow organisations to have their input (open panel for the guests).
Lastly, we will hold time for networking and refreshments.
