This interactive, game-style course equips Realtors with essential appraisal knowledge in a structured one-hour format. Through 20 timed questions, participants will explore appraisal terminology, major sections of the URAR form, proper use of comps, adjustments, and factors appraisers evaluate during property visits. We will cover how cosmetic, mechanical, and structural improvements affect value, along with an introduction to paired sales analysis and more. This course is designed to promote engagement and discussion, this session strengthens Realtors’ ability to interpret appraisal findings, identify potential issues early, and better guide clients in transactions involving financing.
