This course utilizes the classic narrative framework of the Hero's Journey to guide individuals through personal growth and transformation. It explains the stages of the Hero's Journey and provides practical techniques for identifying challenges, overcoming obstacles, and recognizing achievements.
Through real-life examples, exercises, and reflection, the course aims to help individuals develop resilience, confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves, all while empowering them to share their wisdom with their communities.
Each week we will study a module there are 7 modules.
You will need a journal and an open mind.
Energy exchange is $50 for the 8 week class.
