This Holiday at NICHE (National Institute of Culinary and Hospitality Education).
This dynamic "Applied Wine Theory" course offers a practical and engaging exploration of wine.
Through real-world scenarios, participants will engage in a guided discussion to identify optimal wine pairings. Each wine "solution" will be thoroughly deconstructed through a guided tasting, examining its flavor, structure, and suitability for the given scenario, while connecting components to their source (grape, region, climate).

Please plan to enter through the main entrance @ 124 S. Broadway Ave. We will have staff directing participants to the Cargill Culinary Theatre. Outside snacks are welcome!
