About This Event: AI is here. Most entrepreneurs are using it, but few are using it well.
This workshop is designed for business owners and leaders who want to stop treating AI like a smart search engine and start using it to get more done, in less time, at higher quality. In this session it's hands-on: Teach a little, work a lot.
What We Will Focus On: To maximize our time, we are focusing exclusively on ChatGPT during this session. We will work through practical, everyday applications, including:
- Durable Principles vs Today's Hacks: AI essentials that will last even as the models change.
- Prompting that Works: Simple understanding of prompts & context.
- Systems vs. Tasks: The difference between one-time requests and building repeat-usage tools.
- Strategic Collaboration: Turning AI into a critical thinking partner, critic, mentor & more.
- The Live Build: We will build one custom AI assistant together live in the workshop.
Who Should Be In The Room:
- Early-stage & aspiring entrepreneurs who are currently doing the heavy lifting themselves.
- Leaders & executives spending too much time in low-priority activities that should be delegated.
- Business owners who need to hire 2-3 employees but can't justify the payroll yet.
- Anyone serious about levelling up their operational game.
What This Is NOT: Let's be clear about what we won't be doing. This is not a coding class, a crypto trading session, or a "how to get rich quick with AI" seminar. We are not talking about how to automate your cash flow, become an AI influencer, or build an AI startup. If you are looking for fast money tactics, this isn't the room for you.
