BFIT CrossFit presents the Apple Blossom 5K benefitting Sisters of Solace.
In addition to the traditional 5K Run/Walk this year's race features additional events in the spirit of functional fitness:
Tandem Run - Teams of 2
Burden Run - Teams of 3
HEAVY Burden Run - Teams of 4
The race begins in the parking lot of the St. Joseph Aquatic Park, traveling up Noyes Boulevard to Frederick Avenue, taking the parade route and finishing in the parking lot of River Bluff Brewing, HQ of the Measly Mile Mafia.
