Apparel Alterations 101

Join us for a fun and hands-on 2-hour class where you'll learn some basic but super useful sewing skills! We’ll cover how to hem pants and sleeves, adjust darts, and other introductory techniques to help you get a better fit on your clothes. Plus, you’ll learn how to sew a button like a pro.

What to bring: Please bring 2-3 clothing items that need some love—pants, skirts, dresses, whatever you want to alter.

Heads up: This class is for folks who have taken Intro to Sewing or have similar sewing experience. We keep it cozy with a max of 12 students, so arrive 5 minutes early to check in and get settled.
