Apollo Sunday 11th Daytime with VRIL, Alegria, S Dimoff, Burchan, Kev Gee

Join us for a fantastic musical gathering this sunday at The Meadows. June 11 from noon to midnight. Apollo studios takes over The Meadows to bring you a two stage, indoor / outdoor event. There is no better way to spend your Sunday than moving your body to these fine grooves provided by some of the finest DJs NYC has to offer. This event is a collaborative efforts between Apollo studios - a music community dedicated to discovering unseen talent as well as showcasing staples in the scene. Apollo creator Javier P Polo will be curating the visuals. Alegria community content-based artist movement in Miami that is breaking barriers. Additionally, Blind Colors & Dialed in are bringing some epic talent & vibes to the line up.

These are the DJs you’ll see this Sunday - VRIL hailing from Germany synthesizes sounds in a LIVE set to create free-form musical explorations in the techno realm. Burchan has been an NYC underground legend since the 90s with a vast and varied record collection with a diverse sound. Chilly & GAM - 2 dudes, a few tunes, vinyl diggers dishing out dance floor-oriented tracks. Chuwee Spinning anything from downtempo, rare grooves to 90s house he can command the dance floor. Kev G; unmute resident brings his futuristic sound rhythmical grooves and strong bass lines.Kenny Jones, Alegira founder breaks down barriers behind the decks playing disco to acid house. Kiyoshu hailing from Georgia curating a hot and heavy underground vinyl collection. Steve Letigre brings a sexy and techy vibe, with a certain groove that pulls you in. Rave Charles aka Carlos Chiesa curator of beef cuts is an absolute veteran of vinyl. Sergio Dimoff will dish out hidden gems and unreleased tracks in the techno/house realm.

VRIL

This big event features GIEGLING artist - VRIL hailing from Germany. Bringing a unique extended live set by this techno legend .VRIL features a set on live hardware synthesis fueling free-form musical explorations.

BURCHAN

Burchan has been an NYC underground legend since the 90s with a vast and varied record collection. His sets are an experience not to be missed. Weaving stories with his insanely deep bag of vinyl to keep you in the groove.

CHILLY & GAMS

Chilly & Gams - Dialed In honchos Eric & Austin are heating up for a big summer, after Winter gigs in Mexico City & Berlin. Dancefloor-oriented range, a few tricks and unearthly flow as always.

CHUWEE

Chuwee, a native Californian, loved music from an early age. He began to grow his US audience as a teenager discovering the underground scene as he raved his way from coast to coast. He became known in clubs across America. Now based in Brooklyn, DJ-producer Chuwee made a name for himself as a resident of Apollo Studio. Spinning anything from downtempo, rare grooves to 90s house, Chuwee can command the dance floor.

KENNY JONES

Kenny Jones born in Spain and based in New York.

Her variety of music can well go from a funky nu-disco song to a breakbeat acid track. Breaking down barriers behind the decks to curate an absolutely unique groove. She manages Alegria Community, a record label and an art gallery.

KEV GEE

Kev Gee, unmute resident introduces new musical experiences expanding the vision of his listeners. His futuristic sound and vibe set him apart and defines his unique sound and style. His ability to blend rhythmical sounds and strong baselines makes others dance and groove into the early hours of the morning.

}KIYOSHI

Kiyoshi from Tbilisi, Georgia originally, which is now a hotspot for underground electronic music.

She’s been playing out vinyls for almost 6 years now curating a hot and heavy collection. Always passionate about experimenting with different music genres, you will be kept on your toes and experience some weird wax weaved into her sets.

SERGIO DIMOFF

Sergio Dimoff has been a staple of the NYC dance scene for years now, establishing himself as an experienced dj and hidden gem in the techno/house world. His many productions showcase his deep and different take on techno and house. Known to drop many unreleased tracks in his sets to ensure his sets are his and his alone.
