RESERVES -
Our initial venue hire and ticket allocation is based upon an initial event intake of 30 players. In order to hire a second room on site, a minimum of 50 players are required. In order to hire the second room 20 players not allocated tickets in the first intake will be placed on a reserve list. Should the reserve list allow, players will be given an opportunity to get a ticket in a second intake. This second intake is tbc, as such when this date is announced, the terms of refunding detailed above remain in place as these are set by the venue contract to hire in relation to the date of the event and not the date of arrangement.
A list of players attending will include those placed in reserve for the purposes of players who are looking for a substitute. This list will be found in the event page on Facebook.
The ticket does not include provision for catering. The venue has a cafe/bar on site and amenities within walking distance.
There is no parking available at the venue, however there are multiple parking options locally for players arriving by car. We will post details of the best options in time.
There is a loading bay at the venue. Any players wishing to deposit armies at the venue on Friday evening may do so in co-ordination with Animosity whilst the event is being set up. Anybody wishing to use the loading bay prior to parking on Saturday may do so, we may need to co-ordinate time slots for this between 8am and 8:30am.
The gaming begins at 0900 (9am) Saturday and ends at 1800 (6pm) Sunday. As such it is required to leave units in place on Saturday evening. The event room will be locked and secured overnight. Nobody except venue staff will have access to the rooms once locked.
