Dive into a state of mindfulness! Drawing inspiration from the Yin energy, ApneaFlowZen invites you to a serene, intuitive, and intimate exploration of freediving and self. The practice focuses on deep relaxation techniques, conscious breathing, and surrender. The emphasis is on the mind-body-water connection and the inner journey.
Session 1 Hiver/Winter 2025
Dates: Du 19 janvier au 16 février 2025 (5 semaines)
Dates: From January 19th to February 16th 2025 (5 weeks)
Heures : Dimanches de 10h15 à 11h45
Time : Sundays from 10:15am to 11:45am
Lieu/Where : Centre Sportif de l'UQAM
Prérequis/Prerequisite : PADI Basic Freediver ou/or AIDA 2 Pool Freediver ou/or equivalent
Coût : 110.00$ + taxes Ces frais incluent le coaching, les entraînements et l'accès à la piscine. Maximum 20 athlètes.
