Apna Park - Salthill - Yoga (22nd May)

Join Louise for a Friday evening yoga session in Apna Park overlooking Seapoint as the sun goes down behind the pigeon towers across the water (Google maps pin of exact location will be emailed to you).

Shake off the work week, move, breath & connect with your body and leave feeling restored.

Our yoga session starts at 7:30 PM, so make sure to arrive a bit early to get yourself set up on your mat.

All levels are welcome, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner. Just bring your mat, some water, and some cosy layers for savasana!

This is an ALL WEATHER event, if it's raining I'll be teaching in a dryrobe! So dress for the weather and bring a dry change of clothes if it looks like it will be wet.

If you're a swimmer/dipper/coldwater-dunker there's always the option of hopping into the sea afterwards! (Sea swim is not part of official event and at your own risk).

Note: this is an outdoor event, please dress appropriately for the weather. If there is a yellow or higher weather warning, yoga will be cancelled and you will be sent a refund.
