Jay brings a wealth of expertise, including decades of leadership in legal, operational, and environmental matters. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, he holds a BBA in Petroleum Land Management and a law degree. Throughout his career, he has held key roles at Mock, Schwabe, Waldo, Elder, Reeves & Bryant; eCORP LLC; and Cardinal River Energy where he continues to serve as Executive and General Counsel.
