Aphrodite Alchemy: Breathwork + Intuitive Art Workshop

Aphrodite Alchemy is part of a workshop series led by Jenn Lamar, an Intuitive Art Teacher and Somatic & Breathwork Facilitator.

Step into the temple of Aphrodite—the goddess of sensuality, beauty, and creative fire—and awaken the part of you that knows how to turn longing into radiance.

In this immersive workshop, we’ll explore Aphrodite as an archetype of alchemy: the sacred ability to transmute emotion into expression, desire into clarity, and vulnerability into power.

Through guided breathwork, you’ll soften the mind and return to the body—where truth, intuition, and pleasure live. From there, you’ll be led into intuitive art-making as a ritual of self-reclamation, allowing color, symbol, and movement to speak what words can’t.

Come as you are. Leave with a deeper connection to your creative life-force, your inner magnetism, and the part of you that remembers: you were never meant to shrink.

I’m so excited to share something I've been working on...

I've been creating an immersive journey through goddess archetypes and the ways they live, breathe, and move through you; a gentle, powerful exploration of each goddess as mirrors for your inner world. Each night in this series will be a creative, embodied exploration through a Jungian lens, looking at each goddess and how they show up in your life—your patterns, your power, your healing, and your becoming.

This work has been an integral part of my own healing journey and I am honored and humbled to be able to share it with you.

Each workshop will focus on a different goddess and include:

• Interactive learning + mythic archetype exploration
• Somatic practices or breathwork activation
• Intuitive art-making for integration and self-expression

• Take home practices to further deepen your bond with each goddess

What to Bring:

• Wear comfortable clothing for movement and breathwork.
• You’re welcome to bring an eye mask for breathwork and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Light snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
• All art supplies and worksheets will be provided. If you prefer, you may also bring your own journal for reflections.
