Join us for a two-day immersion into the world of aphrodisiac plants and chocolate making,where tradition, physiology, and pleasure intersect. Day one will be lead by Dr. Elena Roemer, L.Ac, where we will explore how specific herbs support sensitivity, nourish and hydrate tissues, and open the heart—both through enhanced circulation and the cultivation of emotional presence—inviting intimacy rooted in connection rather than performance. This experience culminates on the second day with a hands-on chocolate making workshop taught by Master Chocolatier & Naturalist Brian Wallace, where you’ll craft infused truffles and sensual herbal blends to take home.

Day one explores the cross-cultural use of aphrodisiac herbs through a modern lens. We’ll examine a range of aphrodisiac actions, from those with more yin characteristics, supporting tissue hydration, sensitivity, and emotional receptivity, to those that are more activating and yang in nature, by enhancing warmth, and vitality. We’ll discuss how stress, nervous system dysregulation, and fatigue influence libido—and why desire depends as much on safety as stimulation.

Day two brings the material into practice. This hands-on workshop explores how chocolate and botanicals engage the senses and nervous system. Participants learn the fundamentals of crafting infused truffles using the aphrodisiac herbs introduced by Dr. Elena Roemer, L.Ac on day one. We discuss how aroma, flavor, and texture shape sensory experience, and share techniques for slowing down and savoring—including a brief chocolate meditation. Participants leave with handmade chocolates, simple recipes, and a clear understanding of pleasure as a state shaped by attention and biology.
