It's finally time for the 5th Annual APF Pride Event!As always, this event will feature a mini fitness marathon, but with a twist: the heartbeat we will be looking for won't be tracked by our Fitbit but by the spirit of our community as we rally to dispel the transphobic and homophobic myths playing out in our province.
We are loud, proud, and ready to scream from the top of our lungs that we—the 2SLGBTQIA+ community—are ALBERTANS, too! And we deserve representation by our government and protection of our fundamental human rights.
Of course, we wouldn't be APF if we didn't do it with a little bit of humour, glitter, and a couple of pretty outrageous costumes!
The event is free, but donations to the Centre for Trauma Informed Fitness are greatly welcomed. The suggested donation amount is $20.00, and the Goal Is to Raise $500.00 for our programs.
Due to the nature of this event, we will be restricting it to 18+. (Don't worry, a family friendly Pride event is in the works!)
A reminder: All our programs and classes are designed to be adaptable to every fitness level, and every ability. Our facility is wheelchair accessible, and we have a sensory-friendly space available.

5pm: Pre-Event Stations and Opening Remarks with special guests!
530pm-6pm- Farmer Gay-mes
We're ain't horsin' around! Join us for some hay bailin' and farmin' carrying-on in this indoor/outdoor silly, sweaty circuit style class! (Suitable for all fitness levels and adaptable to all abilities)
615pm Cowboi Cardio
Saddle up and join the fun with Cowboi Cardio, a high-energy dance-fitness class for every body and everyone. We'll lasso up some cowboy swagger, sprinkle it with rainbow glitter, and throw ourselves a rodeo-riot- Pride style!
7pm Stretch Your Bod Like Smith Stretches The Truth
Let's talk a pause from our political spin, and focus on finding our zen through relaxing and liberating stretches!
