If the event is cancelled, no refund will be issued. Instead, three complimentary tickets valid for any Apex Master Expo within 48 months will be provided, as mutually agreed by both parties.

Refund & Replacement PolicyAll Apex event tickets are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive three (3) replacement tickets of their choice for upcoming Apex events of equal or lesser value. Replacement tickets must be used within 12 months from the original event date. No monetary refunds will be issued.
