Aperol Sessions at Il Mercato Centrale Melbourne brings Italian aperitivo culture to the CBD every Friday night this summer. From 23 January to 13 March, enjoy an easygoing mix of live DJs, refreshing Aperol Spritz, and a relaxed social atmosphere designed for after-work drinks that roll into the evening.

Running 5–9pm every Friday, guests can enjoy $10 Aperol Spritz, or opt for $49 free-flowing Spritz for two hours, with sessions available at 5pm or 7pm. Selected food partners will also be available to enjoy alongside drinks.
