About the speakers:
Beryl Glass is married to James; they have been married & serving in church ministry for over 30 years. They have 3 adult children and live outside Glasgow in Scotland.
Beryl is an ordained Elim minister and leads the Elim Church in Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire .Ola Olaleye is the Authenticity Coach with a passion to see people discover and embrace their unique identity.
She is the president and founder of The Esther's Company (TEC) - nominee Queen's Award for Voluntary Service 2021. Ola is also the lead consultant at MaxiMind Consults Limited (a coaching and mentoring outfit).
Ola's TEC Community Initiative supports the black community in Scotland through empowerment and employability workshops.
She was awarded the 2130th point of light award in 2024 by Rishi Sunak (UK Prime Minister).
She sits on the board of Adelphe Community Initiative and OK foundation. She is a leader in the Black community in Scotland and in her home church.
Ola Olaleye has authored 5 books - InsideOut, Authentic, Unbroken, A Friend called Process and Authenticity Journal with Ola Olaleye.
She lives with her family in Glasgow Scotland.
