Apapáchate Women's Circle

This April, join us for Apapáchate—a monthly women’s circle created to help you slow down, reconnect, and renew. As spring blossoms around us, we will honor our own inner spring—the season of letting go, softening, and inviting new beginnings.

Together, we’ll awaken our energy through breathwork, gentle movement, journaling, sacred ritual, and a grounding sound bath. This is a space where you’re invited to show up just as you are, and be held in community, healing, and sisterhood.
