Participants should wear comfortable clothes and shoes. A belt is needed to hold the training knife. The seminar is held outdoors so take that into consideration. A folding chair is also recommended. Safety glasses are a must! We recommend DeWalt goggles or something similar. For the second day you will need pants and shoes, that you don't mind getting stained three white shirts, and a change of clothes. (You will be sparring with marking knives that have lipstick and stage blood on them.)
