Welcoming international culinary talent back to the island, Apéritif Restaurant is delighted to host two special dinners with Michelin-starred chef Benoit Dewitte. Collaborating with lifelong friend and fellow Belgian, Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken, dinners will enjoy a decadent 8-course degustation with rare ingredients, including a glass of Taittinger Champagne upon arrival. Yuri Jazz Guitar will provide live jazz entertainment.
