Die US-Amerikanische Band Grateful Dead war eine Band der anderen Art: Pioniere des Psychedelic Rock, Kinder der Flower-Power-Revolution, Heimat einer Gemeinschaft treuer Deadheads und ebenso ein zeitloser Groove wie eine Feier des Lebens!
Seit 2003 verfolgt die Schweizer Tribute Band AoxoToxoA
das Ziel, dem Zauber der Grateful Dead näher zu kommen. Mit Spielfreude, wilden Jams und dem Mut, sich ganz vom Moment leiten zu lassen, überlassen sie der Musik die Führung. So zelebriert AoxoToxoA bei jeder Show einzigartige und authentische Konzerterlebnisse aus verschiedenen Epochen der Grateful Dead.
Die beiden Berliner Konzerte im Oktober markieren die erste Rückkehr der Band ins Kulturhaus Insel Berlin nach ihren zwei Sommerkonzerten im Juli 2026. Und jetzt gilt: Nothing left to do but smile smile smile!

The American band the Grateful Dead was unlike any other: pioneers of psychedelic rock, children of the flower‑power revolution, home to a devoted community of Deadheads—and at once a timeless groove and a celebration of life.
Since 2003, the Swiss tribute band AoxoToxoA has pursued the goal of getting as close as possible to the magic of the Grateful Dead. With joy of playing, wild jams, and the courage to fully surrender to the moment, they let the music take the lead. In this way, AoxoToxoA celebrates unique and authentic concert experiences at every show, drawing from different eras of the Grateful Dead.
The two Berlin shows in October mark the band’s first return to Kulturhaus Insel Berlin since their summer run in July 2026. Now, there's nothing left to do but smile smile smile!
