About Anytime Anywhere Meditation - World Premiere
Anytime Anywhere Meditation is a new programme to make meditation practice accessible and effective. This workshop, the official launch of the programme, will be taught by Mingyur Rinpoche and will focus on the transformative effect of meditation. Rinpoche will show us that we don't have to change ourselves in order to be happy — we simply need to discover what we already possess within.
There will also be panel discussions with world-renowned guest speakers and exponents of meditation, who will share anecdotes and scientific evidence detailing the benefits of developing a mediation practice.
Mingyur Rinpoche will be joined by Matthieu Ricard for a special opening event on Friday 30th June, and panel discussions, guided meditations and Q&A sessions will take place throughout the weekend. Other special guests include Gelong Thubten, Dr. Mark Williams, Vidyamala Burch OBE, Wendy Garling, Ruth Ormston, Ebi Atawodi, Dr. Cortland Dahl, Luke Doherty and many more.
This event will be Hybrid, streaming all in-person content live online, making it accessible across the globe. In addition to the in person / hybrid programme, there will be an online-only section for those attending online in the Americas timezones. Details of the online event will be posted on events.tergar.org in April.
As part of your registration for the in person event you will also be registered for the online event. This will give you live online access to all content, in the event of you being unable to attend on the day. It will also give you access to recordings of the main teachings and panel discussions for all timezones, which will be uploaded to the online event page and made available within 72 hours of the end of the event.
In order to be registered for the online event, please provide an email address associated with a Tergar account when purchasing your ticket. If you do not already have a Tergar account, please create one HERE before checking out.

Why should I attend?
A celebratory event that brings traditional wisdom into contemporary practices, Anytime Anywhere Meditation will dismantle any ideas that meditation is a rigid pursuit with lofty, unattainable goals. You will learn that compassion is easy, wisdom is accessible, and awareness is always within you.
What will I learn?
You’ll learn that traditional wisdom passed through modern scrutiny offers a new approach to meditation, providing effective tools to reveal what you’ve always held within yourself — innate qualities of awareness, love and compassion, and wisdom.
