Anxiety Management Class

A 5-week anxiety support class held in-person at the CHEC. Here you will discuss different aspects of what anxiety is and how to effectively address it.

Registration is required for a limited number of participants with screening by the Licensed Clinical Social Worker who will facilitate the class.
