Somatic group therapy as well as yoga to facilitate awareness and change of your experienced anxiety with a Licensed Professional Counselor and Yoga Therapist. It involves 4 full days of work (9:30am-6pm and a lunch break) where you will be able to discuss anxiety, learn more about yourself and create new tools for stability in the midst of anxiety.
