About this Event
Join us and Julian Prosser of ConvoWellness. Let’s unpack the real talk about anxiety, depression, and addiction—no judgment, just understanding. Discover how these invisible battles shape our moods, hijack our feelings, and what you can do to take back control. Whether you’re navigating these challenges yourself or supporting someone who is, this space is your toolkit for building resilience, finding balance, and rewriting the script on your mental health. Small shifts = big wins. Let’s grow together!
Registration preferred, walk-ins welcome. Free parking is available for event attendees in the DPL staff lot from 5pm-8pm.
Julian was raised in metro Detroit. He has Master’s degree in Social Work from Savannah State University, an HBCU in Georgia.
