An Anuttara Vinyasa is guided by the ancient mystical template of the Tandava Cosmic Dance. Within its five sequences, the teacher guides the students into a choreographed re-enactment of cosmogenesis. The sequencing can be
variable but always logical and progressive as guided by the teacher.
Trainees must meet every weekend at Anuttara School of Yoga from 3 pm till 7 pm for lectures and workshop.
They have to practice at least 4 times weekly with Yogacarya or other senior Anuttara teachers. Trainees must
have some experience with Vinyasa Yoga.
