Anusara Elements Yoga in the Nature Shala

There will be a heart centered, alignment based hatha yoga practice for our kula(Sanskrit word for “Community”!) This practice brings our bodies and beings more into union. Every body is different though all our parts are meant fit together in principle. All skill levels are welcome! Learn valuable skills that you can take home with you and apply to the rest of your life off the mat.
