:על הסדנא
ההצעה האמנותית כוללת עבודת רצפה, טכניקת ריליס ותרגילי קומפוזיציה באמצעות שימוש בפרקטיות סומטיות. הרקדנים מוזמנים להקשיב לעצמם עמוקות ולהיות מודעים – זה מחזק את הנוכחות הקיימת ומעצים את התנועה ומהותה. דינמיות, אינטליגנציה פיזית, דמיון וכושר ביטוי אינטואיטיבי הם ההיבטים השולטים במחקרה הדרמטורגי של אנטונלה.
הסדנה היא הזדמנות עבורי לשתף תרגולי תנועה הקשורים למחול עכשווי, תאטרון פיזי ופרקטיות סומטיות שאפיינו את דרכי האמנותית והפדגוגית מאז 2003. ידע פירושו מודעות, מודעות מביאה כוח.

בוגרת האקדמיה המלכותית בלונדון בבלט קלאסי. משנת 2003 היא לומדת מחול עכשווי, עבודת רצפה ותיאטרון פיזי עם מורים חשובים בעולם מהסצנה העכשווית. דרך הוראתו של אינאקי אזפילגה

היא העצימה את הטכניקה האקספרסיבית שלה וגישתה הפדגוגית. בשנים האחרונות היא פנתה לשיאצו, רפואה סינית, פלדנקרייז וטטה-הילינג. המחקר שלה על מדעי המוח סימן שינוי מוחלט בגישתה הדידקטית. מזה מספר שנים היא עורכת מחקר בנושא הקבלה ועל 22 האותיות הארכיטיפיות של האלפבית העברי. היא ייסדה את
Alphabet אב:
סט של שיטות גוף פרטיקולריות. האלפבית כולל אימון עבור קומפוזיציה כוראוגרפית וליצירת פעולות פרפורמטיביות מסוימות שבהן נעשה שימוש להעצים את התנועה והמחווה של המבצעים.

פרויקט שמטרתו לקדם שפות חדשות של מחול עכשווי.

חלק ממטרת הסדנה היא לייצר תצפית והיכרות של אנטונלה עם אמנים ישראלים, על מנת להזמין אותם להשתתף בתכנית וליצור קשרים תרבותיים באיטליה.
על תכנית הלימודים:
Alma Danza APP
היא תכנית הכשרה מקצועית לאימון מחול עכשווי ותיאטרון פיזי עבור רקדנים בגילאי 18 עד 30. התכנית מורכבת מהוראה אינטנסיבית של 8 חודשים הכוללת 25 שעות של תרגול שבועי, סדנאות וכיתות אמן עם מורים מקצועיים בינלאומיים.
התכנית מציעה את הכלים לפיתוח מודע של התנועה, חיזוק הבסיסים הטכניים של בלט קלאסי ועכשווי וכן מעוררת אנשים לחקור את היצירתיות שלהם. הפרויקט מקדם מחול עכשווי ומחקר על הטריטוריה הלאומית, ומזמינה להרחיב את הראייה האמנותית ולהעצים את הכישרון על מנת להיות מסוגלים לצאת לדרך אמנותית מקצועית. השיעורים יתקיימו באיטלקית ובאנגלית.

Technical proposal includes Floorwork, Release Technique and composition exercises. Through the use of somatic practices, the workshop invites dancers to listen deeply to themselves, to become conscious. This strengthened the presence, empowers the movement and its essence. Dynamism, physical intelligence, imagination and intuitive expressivity are the predominant aspects of Antonellas' dramaturgical research.

About Antonella:
Antonella Boccadamo / 6.8.1977 - Italy / Artistic director of Almadanza APP
graduated in classical ballet at the Royal Academy in London. Since 2003 she has been studying contemporary dance, Floorwork and physical theater with important masters of the international contemporary scene. Through Inaki Azpillaga’s teaching (UltimaVez Company) she strengthened her expressive technique and her pedagogical approach. In recent years she has approached Shiatsu, Chinese medicine, Feldenkrais and Tethahealing. The research in neuroscience marked a definitive change in her didactic approach.
For several years Antonella has been carrying out research on the theme of the Sacred, on the Kabbalah and the 22 archetypes of the Hebrew alphabet. She founded Alphabet: a set of particular bodily practices used to enhance the movement and the gesture of the performers. Alphabet includes practices for choreographic composition and for the creation of performative actions.
Since 2020 she is the creator of Declinazioni, a project aimed to promote new languages of contemporary dance.

From 2014 to 2022 Antonella has been teaching at Art Factory International Dance Start Up, in 2019-2020 at Anfibia, professional training programs of international contemporary dance.

The workshop is also part of observing and getting to know Israeli artist, in order to eventually invite them to participate in the program.
About the program:
APP - Alma Danza Professional Program is a contemporary dance and physical theater training program for dancers aged between 18 and 30 years. It consists of an 8-month intensive teaching which includes 25 hours of weekly practices, workshops and masterclasses with international professionals teachers.
The didactic offers the tools for a conscious development of movement, strengthening the technical bases of classical and contemporary dance and stimulating individuals to explore their own creativity. The project promotes contemporary dance and research on the national territory, invites to broaden your artistic vision and to increase the talent in order to be able to undertake a professional artistic path.
