WE ARE BACK!
I hope you all enjoyed your much-needed break over the past few weeks because we are super excited to see each and every one of you this Friday, April 19th. It's been far too long since we've been able to connect and support one another.
If you've been hesitant to join us before, now is the perfect time to jump in and meet a community of individuals who truly understand the challenges and have lived-experience with mental health and neurodivergence. We are here for you, all you need to bring is yourself!
(We are free program and basic supplies are included, however if you have some basic art supplies, such as a drawing pad/book, that would be great)
We are also working hard to put together some special art starter packs for new and current members.
