This is a women's only personal protection training.
Our Anti-Abduction/Parking Lot Dangers class is a hands-on interaction training taught by our co-ed team of instructors.
After a breif classroom portion we will cover physical defensive maneuvers on the mats (* workout clothing and socks only)
Then we will move outside to drill the maneuvers in and around vehicles. (* solid toe shoes or sneakers are mandatory!)
Dress for the weather and wear clothing that might get stretched or torn. **again, this seminar is very interactive and "hands-on!"
Pre Registration Is Mandatory!!!
$40 per female in advance
$55 at the door / cash only at the door, day of the event.
No jewelry - Bring a water bottle.
