Our 7-week course provides everything you need to know about birth, babies, and becoming parents, whilst connecting you with other local parents-to-be.
Each class runs on a Monday night from 7pm - 9pm and includes:
- holistic preparation for birth
- keeping birth normal
- birthing with support
- life with a newborn
- breastfeeding
- becoming parents
- sharing parenting experiences
One of the most rewarding parts of our course is making connections and forming support groups with other parents in your class. A Birth Wise organised reunion offers the chance for you to meet and introduce your new whānau member, whilst sharing your experiences together.
Cost: $280 per couple
