If you are booked to deliver at University Hospital Lewisham, Lewisham High street, London, SE13 6LH, please join us to this face-to-face workshop at University Hospital Lewisham in the antenatal clinic, Ground floor, green zone,

It's run by Barbie our infant feeding advisor.

There is limited space and for safety reasons we won't be able to accommodate extra persons into the room. So, please book a ticket.

Your partner can attend. Make sure to book 2 tickets if your partner is attending.

Please bring your pregnancy book.

For the 10th of January, your due date needs to be January or February.

During the workshop we'll discuss

- The benefits of breastfeeding

- Bonding, loving relationship, skin-to-skin, brain development

- How to tell if your baby is hungry and what is a normal baby's behaviour

- Positions and attachment to the breast for optimal feeding

- how to know if baby is getting enough breastmilk.

- and we will answer your breastfeeding questions
