Our mission for 2026 is to take the best stories about work and professions and bring them from festival screens directly to an audience of millions.
Our goal is to become the voice of those whose hands and minds create reality. We explore how a machine tool, a blackboard, an operating room, or a construction site become a space for personal transformation, struggle, and triumph. And we will make sure that the whole country hears these stories.
