Hear about the world's highest, driest, windiest, coldest, and iciest continent. Antarctica, experiment with and taste the chemistry in cocktails. The discovery of an asteroid that ended the age of dinosaurs , Drake passage; the world’s most terrifying ocean crossing , Badass Richard E. Byrd and Mt. Erebus, the second highest volcano in Antarctica.

We will focus on different shapes and styles of ice in each cocktail. Techniques like Ostrich fat wash, Liquid nitrogen, Spumas, Clarification & Carbonated seasonal cocktail.

Small bites from Chef Paolo Dungca known for its innovative menus and ingredient-driven cuisine. Using fresh, local produce, they reimagine traditional Filipino flavors with modern culinary techniques.
