Come join us for some TRE, to release fascia (connective tissue) stress, tension, and trauma all without pain.
Let’s All Shake It Off Together! P.S. the whole process can be customized/modified to each person’s wants and needs.
We’re gathering on Sept 28nd for Class starting at 10am at Such N Stuf.
Do you find your muscles fatigue quickly, do you find you feel stiff or run out of energy quickly. Do you get cramps in your legs, do you want more flexibility? Would you like to have more energy and endurance? Feel more relaxed and find it easier to handle the daily stresses of life.
I know it sounds outrageous EXCEPT… Did you know…Research states on average we ALL experience 50 to 250 STRESSFUL events DAILY!
How would it feel to release the pain of injuries, even old injuries. Would you like the opportunity to get relief overtime from such things as Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, IBS, and other Inflammatory and Painful Conditions. How about migraines, headaches and or back pain.

So come join us. Please wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, and anything else you might need for Comfort.
Classes $20/session. Approx. 1hr to 1½ hrs. Minimum 3 and maximum 15 people
