Who is ALICE?

ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) represents those who earn just above the Federal Poverty Level but less than what it costs to afford the basics of housing, child care, food, transportation, health care, and technology.

The 2026 Annual Women United Summit will be sharing the ALICE data for Kentucky, specifically highlighting the 10 counties covered by United Way of the Bluegrass.

Join us for an afternoon of learning how to be an advocate and make an impact for the ALICE community. We are honored to have Sharon Price, Dr. Kendra Mulder, and Dr. Rosz Akins on our panel of speakers.

Catered lunch will be provided by Selma's Cafe (vegetarian options available).
