Join us for our annual Winter Solstice practice. This is our 4th practice and each year we highlight local yoga instructors, students and musicians. This year I am excited to share MY teacher Trace from Holy Cow Yoga will be in Beaufort and together we will bring you Movement and Lecture~ a Winter Solstice Practice.
It has been a dream of mine to co teach along side Trace and to be able to share her with YOU all! Been manifesting this since our trip to Yogaville over a decade ago!
