PARKING: Areas where you can park are highlighted in purple which includes small lots and street parking. Please mind fire hydrants, train tracks, and do not block any semi truck loading bays. Please DO NOT park in the areas highlighted in red. Our building is circled in green.

You will enter through the yellow stairs and double doors located on E. 38th St. These will be marked with ballons.

Once you enter through the doors walk straight until you see the freight elevator. We will have staff operating the elevator and escorting you to our studio, located on the 3rd Floor. If the elevator is not on the first floor please wait for them to return, or you are welcome to take the stairs.
