Annual White Coats Summit 2026 (Memphis, TN)

Annually, Baptist Health Sciences University HealthCORE hosts the Annual White Coats Summit in partnership with community and institutional partners. This event brings together health care professionals throughout the Mid-South to inspire students interested in pursuing health careers.

Each year professionals ranging from physicians, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, nurses, and advanced practice providers to medical information technology, marketing, legal services, administration, and human resources participate in this event. This event is free for students and includes a panel, mentoring program, vendors, lab demonstrations and more. Age/school-level specific tracks are provided, so that participants can interact with other participants from the same age and school level during sessions.

Throughout the year, HealthCORE and our community partners provide opportunities to introduce students to healthcare professionals, job opportunities, shadowing opportunities, mentorship programs, and opportunities to work with community organizations to advance their health careers. Opportunities for health professionals to network, gain training in mentoring, and other activities that advance their professional career are scheduled.
