Party Schedule
3:30–4:30 PM — Volunteers arrive for setup
4:30–5:30 PM — Festive music on the sound system, drinks, mingling and settling in
5:30 PM — Slideshow & announcements
5:45–6:45 PM — Open Mic!
Everyone who signs up gets one song. If time allows, we’ll circle back for anyone who wants to do another.
7:00–8:00 PM — Jam & Dance Party!
Ukuleles out, music on the screen, and let’s have some fun!
8:00–8:15 PM — Festive music on the sound system as we wind things down
