This is the first but it won't be the last. We are excited to switch up the vibes here in WNY.

Come join us for a night of fun and philanthropy at the Rainbow Rink Skating & Entertainment Center! Lace up your skates, put on your best suit & most beautiful gown and lets hit the rink with friends and family for a great cause. Whether you're a skating pro or just starting out, this event is perfect for everyone. Enjoy Dinner, music, dancing,skating and more while supporting a worthy cause. What is a Skate Gala?

A Gala is a formal event that includes entertainment, dinner, and Dancing. Sometimes auctions & raffles also. Dress to impress in your favorite Gown or suit for a great cause. Network & socialize with others in your community over a good dinner.

Roller Skating is our Jam! We love it. So we're combining the two.

The Skate Gala will combine all the fun of a regular gala PLUS roller skating. You can choose to dance in your shoes but when the music comes on most will change into roller skates and roll. YES we will roller skate in our gowns! So fun So different/new for WNY. They have had formal skates in other parts of the country now its our turn to do our way

The Cause: G.U.G.A Foundation

The GUGA Foundation is a non-profits whos mission is to provide Wellness & fitness opportunities in under served communities. Started in 2013, This WNY organization has hosted Fitness classes, Sports clinics, & more to encourage the community in WNY to Get up & Get active. Showing the many ways creating an active & healthy lifestyle can be fun while also making it afforable for individuals and families.

What to expect:

We will be transforming the rink into a ballroom! Some of the featured items will be a photo backdrop for photos of your beautiful attire to commorate the event, A sit-down dinner catered by local Chef,

During dinner the DJ will set the tone, youll be able to take photos and network with the other guests. After dinner you can head over to the dance floor and dance all night. The hope is that you toss on skates and give it a try! Dont be shy. Take photos in the photo booth

Entertainment:

The backdrop to this event will be the sounds of DJ Big Rob (from the battle of the decades skate party)

Time & Access:
The Gala is from 5p-8p

Welcome, Greetings, Arrival 5p-6p

Dinner 6:15p

Skating/Dancing: 7p-8p

730p: Breakdown of ballroom to return most of the floor to roller rink/dance floor

At 8p the Gala will conclude BUT THE FUN WON'T STOP!

8P-11P all ticketed guests will have access to continue skating for the regular adult night session. At 8p you are welcome to change out of Gala attire to street clothing if you'd like . Regular addmission guests wil be able to enter the rink and skate at this time. If you choose to stay until 11pm you can, if you want to leave early 9p/10p you are welcome to do that also.

You're ticket gives you acces to the rink from 5p-11p
